Vanilla
NCS was the first company to introduce vanilla into Ethiopian markets at commercial level.
Ginger
We produce pungent ginger with high volatile Oil (8%) in whole dried and slide form.
Black pepper
We produce high quality Black pepper both for local and export markets.
Turmeric
We supply Turmeric with more than 5% curcumine content, washed, steam cured, dried, polished and packed in 25 and 50kg pp bags.
Coffee
Our Coffee id handpicked, dried and processed on our own farms. it has balanced and rich aroma.
Growing a spice in Ethiopia
Spices are grown and exported from Ethiopia to European countries.

• Piperine content 4%

Organic Turmeric

• Both whole, ground or sliced turmeric with:
• moisture: maximum 11.5%
• Steam cured and polished with the state-of-art technology polisher
• More than 4% curcumin content with yellow to orange color
• Superior quality with strong taste and flavor
